Sara Minton

Personal Information

I graduate from the University of Florida in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education Degree.  I love teaching and working with children.  As I was growing up, I was an active member of Girl Scouts.  In college, I began volunteering with a troop in Gainesville.  I became a Program Assistant and began to lead meetings in at risk areas of the community.  I work with many different girls leading a variety of activities and love it.  I am also very involved with the music program at the Gator Wesley Foundation.  This is my second year directing Maranatha, the student choir.  We perform at services throughout the year and go on an annual choir tour, performing at churches throughout Florida.  I also now direct the adult choir.  I love working with people and music in many different capacities.
