TO OBTAIN A FULL TIME MUSIC TEACHING POSITION AT A PUBLIC SCHOOL IN FLORIDA

To obtain a Master's Degree within the next 5 years

To become Kodaly Certified

To become Orff -Schulwerk Certified

To enjoy time with my children while they are still young, and be the best role model and mom I can be

My Family ~ A loving husband and two wonderful and talented boys, ages 13 and 7

Completing a Bachelor of Music in Music Education Degree (Choral Emphasis) from UF

Serving 5 years as the Director of the 2nd Grade Children's Choir at my church.

Writing and directing my first children's drama and musical; performed by the Sonshine Day Summer Kids at W.B.C., Gainesville, FL (Summer 2008)

Completing Competency 2 of the Florida Reading Endorsement

Vocal Coach for the Gainesville Youth Chorus (2009)

Serving as Vice-President for the Oak View Middle School Band Boosters

Serving as the President of the University Choir (2007-2008)

Performing with, and/or being a member of, approximately 20 different collegiate, professional, and community ensembles: the Kronos Quartet, The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra, the US Navy Choir "Sea Chanters", the FSU Marching Cheifs, the UF Chamber Singers, the Stetson University Choral Union, the Stetson University Symphonic and Jazz Bands, and many others.
